Original description:

In our Transformed Photo User Experience Meeting of 4/3/2013, we decided that
the TransformedPhotoWriter would be created by extending the existing
MetadataWriter and subsuming its place in the Shotwell code base. Note that
this ticket only comprises implementing the TransformedPhotoWriter such that
it writes fully-transformed copies of photos to disk. This ticket doesn't
touch any aspect of actually using fully-transformed photos, if they're
available, in Shotwell. That's #6748.
