I guess the topic is cut/copy/paste text 
between text objects (Via Ctrl-C/V/X) and the Win32 clipboard.
I could confirm this using dia Win32 0.89 and 0.88.2

Guessing seems to be the wrong sollution.
Setting to NEEDSINFO.

Text from Dialog boxes to and from win32 clipboard
does work (implemented on the toolkit level).
Setting bug to 'enhancement'
