Add support for UserComment to F-Spot import as suggested by Christoph
Schilling on the mailing list:

I would like to move my pictures from fspot to SW, but the the UserComment of
the Image Data, where f-spot puts my comments to the pictures, are not
recognized by SW. Does someone has an idea, what to do?
