---- Reported by eric@yorba.org 2011-01-10 11:56:00 -0800 ----

Original Redmine bug id: 3087
Original URL: http://redmine.yorba.org/issues/3087
Searchable id: yorba-bug-3087
Original author: Eric Gregory
Original description:

On my Gnome system, I can plug in my iPhone and load photos into Shotwell
without a hitch.

But on Kubuntu Maverick, I have to enter my password and restart Shotwell.
Clicking on the iPhone simply does nothing; this behavior is very mysterious
to the user.
