an example of affected pdf

if I select a portion of text, the selection displays wrong characters, but only some characters, not all

then if I copy the selected text, in my clipboard all it's fine, text with no errors (viewed using parcellite)

I attach a pdf which "contain" this problem
and two screenshots which show "graphically" the problem

e.g.:
searching for "il" you get results (evince highlights word)
both word with the bug (for example "il" in the word "milano")
and without (for example the first "il" word)

if someone need a graphical proof I can attach screenshots
