Description:
I downloaded the tar.gz source for version 0.88.1 and tried the rpm -ta
dia-0.88.1.tar.gz and it failed, saying something about not being able
to find dia-0.88.tar.gz
I manually tar xzvf'ed it, changed the version number in the dia.spec
file, tar cz'd it and things seem to be working much better now.
