Patch to upgrade French translation of xrandr-indicator extension

extension.js is searching for a string with msgid "Display Settings" (line 87), but this string is missing in fr.po.
The string with msgid "Configure display settings..." is no longer useful.

The target of attached patch is the gnome-3-8 branch.
The translation was retrieved from master branch.
