This is a special-case of #5304, but it's worth writing up to be considered
when that effort begins.

Gmail SMTP rejects a message if it has over 98 email addresses. With current
Geary, the user is not notified and the message sits in the Outbox forever,
Geary retrying it over and over. Additionally, you cannot view the message
(#6575) or delete it (#6797). It has to be removed manually from the database.
