Original Redmine bug id: 7392
Original URL: http://redmine.yorba.org/issues/7392
Searchable id: yorba-bug-7392
Original author: Adam Dingle
Original description:

Here's a bug I saw this morning - I have no reproducible case, but it was
baffling. Geary showed a unread message count of 1 for my Inbox, even though
all messages in my Inbox were evidently read. I repeatedly restarted Geary and
the message count of 1 persisted. Finally I opened Gmail in a browser and saw
that there was indeed one unread message in my Inbox - I had received it 15
minutes ago, but Geary hadn't downloaded it. I'm quite sure that my network
connection was fine, since I had read various web pages during those 15
minutes.

I then sent a message to myself to see whether it would show up in Geary. It
did - and the previous unread message appeared as well.

is it possible this is related to #6698?

I doubt that, since I never saw a notification for the message which failed to
appear. Also, unlike #6698, the missing message did not reappear even after
restarting Geary several times.

I don't think I have, so we may as well mark this invalid. I'll reopen if this
persists.
