GOK with a prompt dialog

When a prompt-dialog ask for text input (user's password, or Wi-Fi password, run command dialog) it disables rest of the screen, the user cannot use the GNOME On-Screen Keyboard to enter text into the field. This affects other onscreen keyboards like Onboard in Ubuntu.
Antoher problem i noticed that Onboard is invisible in launcher (the launcher overlaps it), if i click on Activities, then close Activites, it will become visible for a second.

I tested in on 3.6.x, 3.8.x, and on 3.10.1, issues were the same.

setting shellReactive to true solve the issue with GOK, but the prompt-dialog overlaps some part of the keyboard.
