Description Pierre-Yves Luyten 2013-11-06 21:22:11 UTC
Syncing with IMAP /Notes/, one email per note, would allow easy synchronization + online edition.

This feature can be something like a workaround for CalDAV servers, which does not support notes.

For example, it can be usable for someone, who do not use OwnCloud, because it requires some system administration skills and (if you don't have free computer at home, and unlimited internet plan) payed VPS to set up. And because of this, forced to use the opportunities offered by free services.

Such free services often does not have notes at all. So, even if there is support for CalDAV, there is no support for storing notes. But does have IMAP for email...

I will be very happy, if someone will implement this feature.
