Description William Jon McCann 2013-10-28 16:45:33 UTC
In the event log we should be using a date / time format that prioritizes the most relevant information and reduces visual clutter.

Something like:

Today
"3:55 PM"

Any other day this year
"Oct 27 5:11 AM"

Different year
"Sep 24 2012 4:22 PM"
