Description Paul Woitaschek 2013-10-08 09:21:49 UTC
I propose to add a option do deactivate horizontal scrolling.

I enabled 2-finger-scrolling which is very useful and intuitive, but when Im actually in a window which has something horizontal to scroll, it gets really annoying, because simply scrolling up or down also means to slightly scroll sideways.
This leads for example in VLC to the fact that you jump to another scene each time you want to change the volume.

This rather sounds like a bug in VLC. Maybe it needs to have a larger drag threshold, or have a way to disable scrolling when using a touchpad.
