I tried linking a very basic file:

    #define GST_USE_UNSTABLE_API
    #include <gst/mpegts/mpegts.h>

    int main(int argc, char** argv) {
        gst_message_parse_mpegts_section(0);
        return 0;
    }

But even though it can find the header, it can't find the library:

Here's one option to make this work, but I'm not sure if it's the approach you want to take.
