Shows how GIMP changed the tabs.

After combining my main two tabs, I saved windows positions and closed GIMP.  Upon reopening GIMP, I noticed that one side of the tab had been drastically stretched out, and the other shrunk.

Such bugs are invalid, not duplicates.
