GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 708904
gnome-tweak-tool shows a title “When Laptop Lid is Closed” but no options below that title
Last modified: 2014-02-14 02:37:15 UTC
Created attachment 255910 [details] gnome-tweak-tool-power-when-laptop-lid-is-closed.png I installed Fedora 20 Alpha in qemu using: ionice -c 3 qemu-kvm -enable-kvm -m 2048M -smp 4 -drive file=./Fedora-20-Alpha-release-x86_64-netinst.iso.qcow2,index=0,media=disk,cache=unsafe -localtime -serial file:/tmp/qemu-Fedora-20-Alpha-release-x86_64-netinst.iso.qcow2-output.log -name Fedora-20-Alpha-release-x86_64-netinst.iso.qcow2 -cdrom /local/mfabian/iso/Fedora-20-Alpha-release/Fedora-20-Alpha-x86_64-netinst.iso -boot c -spice port=6000,disable-ticketing -vga qxl -display vnc=:4 -net nic -net user,hostname=Fedora-20-Alpha-release-x86_64-netinst.iso.qcow2,hostfwd=tcp::5556-:22 -monitor stdio -usb gnome-tweak-tool-3.9.92-1.fc20.noarch When clicking on “Power” in gnome-tweak-tool, it shows: Power Button Action [Suspend ﹀] When Laptop Lid is Closed ... and then nothing here ... Maybe it detects that qemu is not a laptop and the options which would be there for a laptop make no sense. But then it should not show that title either. See screenshot.
Hmm, this should be magically hidden by g-t-t because that stuff is apparently handled by systemd / logind now.
Does that mean that this is a wontfix? I'd really like the option back, but I understand that it might be out of g-t-t's reach now due to systemd control.
