A translator comment would be appreciated that explains "Automatically update timezone and display notifications". 
Should "display notifications" be updated or should notifications (about timezones or??) automatically be displayed?

datetime: Simplify plugin description

It wasn't clear to translators, and we don't really need to describe
everything it does in the non-user-visible plugin description either.
