Patch to add DNA Finland APN settings

The MBPI database currently only contains one entry for DNA Finland with MNC=03; but they actually have four different MNCs in use ( https://www2.ficora.fi/numerointi/nure_numbering.asp?nums=mnc&lang=en ). 

The attached patch contains the DNA APN details from DNA's web page http://www2.dna.fi/puhelimet_ja_liittymat , cross-checked with the Android AOSP APN list, and tested with a DNA Prepaid card with MNC=12.
