 * Open any album
 * Set Repeat to Repeat/Shuffle Off
 * Play last song in the list
   (next button becomes grey / blue in dark theme)
 * Click on any track
Result: next button is enabled, but still grey / blue in dark theme

Still reproducible:
 * Switch to Repeat/Shuffle Off
 * Click pre-last song
 * Click Next
Result: next button becomes grey / blue in dark theme
 * Click on any other track
Result: next button is enabled, but still grey / blue in dark theme

I assume that the bug is specific to the dark theme. You can turn this on for all apps using the Tweak Tool.

Can't reproduce this in 3.16, probably GTK theme got fixed
