https://git.gnome.org/browse/gtk+/commit/?id=fbbcb5c01b5d171ddb1c5f5b298779cfe830c441 disables it by default.

Please add the relevant option to GNOME Tweak Tool.

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
