Withing the attached spreadsheet (and I tried it in a new UNIX user account on LXDE on two of my Mageia Linux Cauldron systems), gnumeric from git master displays a visual grey area glitch (or redraw problem) whenever some cells or columns are selected. This also happens with the current gnumeric stable version in Cauldron ( gnumeric-1.12.4-1.mga4 ).

The attached input file reproduces it here and I'll link to a screen recording shortly.

This is with gtk 3.9.8 (lib64gtk+3_0-3.9.8-1.mga4)

This appears to be a gtk bug.
