GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 704184
Navigation buttons (history) do not work if search sidebar is opened
Last modified: 2013-07-14 10:58:28 UTC
Today I tried the following while reading a document. 1. Search for reference based on a term. 2. Found a match, having a link (\cite in LaTeX) to the reference. 3. Clicked on the link to check it 4. Tried to go back to the previous page in (2). Results: The navigation buttons did not go anywhere, though the back button was clickeable. Expected result: Evince goes back to the previous page. I could go back after pressing Esc (to close the search bar/sidebar). No matter the behaviour intended, it is a bit confusing having enabled the navigation buttons with no action at all.
Fixed in git master now, thanks for reporting.
