after upgrading to 2.8.6 the toolbox dialog is way out of place and the canvas is very small workable area and the dialog and canvas are NOT resizable to get back to my original settings in 2.8.4!!! the little move cursor shows but the canvas size and the toolbox size and other dialogs are NOT movable

you can only make the toolbox bigger but NOT smaller!!! I made is so big now you CANNOT work on the canvas!!!
