Setting make to work with more than 1 job, the build might fail.

Probably a rule is needed to guarantee the dependencies must finish first (for instance, *vapi).  I am unsure whether this is possible with vala programs.  So, I am reporting in case there are intentions to fix it (i.e. I am not sure whether this is a bug or not).
