I changed the "Laptop lid close action on battery" and "Laptop lid close action on AC" to blank. But it does not work.
I tried logging out and then logging in. Also, I restarted but it did not still work.
OS: openSUSE 12.3
Gnome version:3.6.3.1

Steps to reproduce:
1. Change the lid close action on battery/ac to blank
2. Log out and then log in
3. Close the laptop lid

Expected: the screen goes blank
Actual: the laptop sleeps

After some Googling about the issue I realized that the problem is not with Tweak-Tool.
