Register patch 25

This is an update to the Possible Register migration to Treeview - 673193

This update has some bug fixes and the following changes. Adds bringing up the transaction commit dialogue when changing transactions by cursor keys with some changes to the used functions. Also added bringing up transaction commit dialogue when you press enter. Corrected the default behaviour for share/price/value recalculate dialogue when changes are made to those entries. Changed the account accelerator function to work more like the old one. Fixed a scrolling issue, column resizing and changed the tree view to fixed height mode.
