AC_HEADER_STDC is obsolete (pre-C89 headers are no longer an issue),
and the resulting STDC_HEADERS define is anyway not used.

There is a minor concern that projects which are using the GLib gettext macro might as a side effect depend on its invocation of AC_HEADER_STDC, but...they'll figure it out and fix it.
