hi,
GIMP crashes when i try to edit text box
1- i select my text box
2- select some words to edit their font size
3- select other words to resize ..... gimp crashes with message
"GNU IMAGE...... stopped working ..... close program"
another crash
1- select text box
2- edit it's properties
3- clicking another text box ..... gimp crashes with the same message .
"GNU IMAGE...... stopped working ..... close program"
i only have the default number of fonts and brushes with brand new insatllation but the same crash still happens...
hope you can help me find a solution

hmm sorry but i didn't understand anything said in the other bug .... is there any direct solution for this bug ??

Yes the bug is fixed, the fix will be in GIMP 2.8.6
