Description David Woodhouse 2013-05-03 09:04:47 UTC
I compose a mail which is larger than the composer window, a scroll bar appears on the right-hand side.

If I put the mouse pointer *over* the scroll bar and use the scroll wheel on the mouse, it works as expected.

If I have the mouse pointer over the text part of the composer window, it does nothing.
