It's worth remembering that not all contacts will have a name. From bug 675691:

"I think we should just use:

 * Name, or
 * Company, or
 * Chat id, or
 * email, or
 * phone, or
 * street number and name"

Yeah, really want to be consistent about font size wherever possible.

I would split this as a different bug.
