Reproduce: 
Keep opening workspaces till the right workspace-sidebar will completely disappear.
That is relevant to screen resolution. (ie in 1690x150 workspace bar is vanish after 14th workspace)


Expected Behavior:
Workspace-bar should remain always visible.
