Description Andrew Ruthven 2013-03-06 23:28:14 UTC
Hey,

At work we have shared calendars setup for our resources - meeting rooms, portable projectors and carparks - the issue comes up when this happens:

1) They book the shared resource
2) They send out a meeting invite
3) Evolution finds the booking they made in the shared resource

Since Evolution has already found a meeting that matches there is no option to save the meeting into my personal calendar.

I only have my personal calendars selection for Conflict Search in Preferences -> Calendar and Tasks -> Meeting Invitiations. Perhaps those settings should be used for searching for existing meetings in general.

It is also worth noting that opening a meeting invitation is incredibly slow, probably because it is searching all my calendars for existing meetings.

Cheers!
