Way to reproduce:

1) Open a dir with Nautilus with a file playable by Totem

2) Click fast enough on the file more than once

What happens?

Two Totem windows open, both are blank and frozen. Totem has to be killed to close these windows.

Ubuntu 12.10
Unity desktop
