Screencast demonstrating the problem

Sometimes after closing an application, the icons below the removed one start to jump hysterically up and down. I'm not sure if it first happened after the relayout changes or the BoxLayout ones, but we should fix it for 3.8.

The movement is too fast for the builtin screen recorder, so the attached video doesn't really do it justice.

I have seen that too but couldn't reproduce it again. Is this related to the fixes in bug 690643 ? i.e do they help?

Seems the same bug to me.
