One of the goals of the developer.gnome.org relaunch (bug 693378) is to separate out the user and administrator documentation from the developer documentation. To that end, we want two websites: help.gnome.org and developer.gnome.org.

help.gnome.org needs a logo, of the same type that is used for developer.gnome.org [1], and it needs to be used consistently within the help.gnome.org site.
