Proposed patch

Attached patch fixes a build regression introduced by commit 53083ea7b423482b203372f02d097edbef894a7d. When an external update-icon-cache binary is found (by supplying the ./configure argument --enable-gtk2-dependency) then there's no need any more to build the native-update-icon-cache tool
