If beeing in tab 1 and in tab 2 page realods, focus goes somewhere else.
This is problem when you are filling form in tab 1 and page in tab 2 is
reloading, focus goes away from the form.

Focus also goes away when trying to write url, smarttoolbar, whatever.. It
goes to somewhere else. This is bad.
