DVB-T scan file for Moscow, Russia

Russia is not available in the list of countries. A small path is needed to add it. There are no scan files for DVB-T services. I can provide such for Moscow.

Please, update the scanner.

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
