Some additional points:

* OK could be "Close" (assuming these settings are instant apply)
* Uses just one tab, so that could be killed
* Layout of items should be right aligned for the labels and left aligned for the controls, looking like this:

Size fixed, button fixed, title fixed. Picker widgets still do not align perfectly though.
