The floating editor toolbar should use symbolic icons for bold, italics and strikethrough. The icons to use are:

 * format-text-bold-symbolic
 * format-text-strikethrough-symbolic
 * format-text-italic-symbolic

Now using symbolic icons, but still have some work on this toolbar
