Description Gregg 2012-11-19 15:49:23 UTC
Hi,
I am looking for some help on a quite simple issue I'm facing.

I have the latest gstreamer and plugins installed from the ti ppa on ubuntu 12.04.
Ducati works fine when is called from command line, but it fails when it's called by epiphany browser. This is the error I'm getting:

0:00:01.617584229 [336m 5495[00m 0xb3032660 [33;01mWARN [00m [00m ducati gstducatividdec.c:1104:gst_ducati_viddec_chain:<ducatih264dec0>[00m push from codec_process failed not-negotiated

Same happens with older versions of epiphany, and recompiled firefox and webkit. Moreover, it used to happen the same with ubuntu 11.10. I'm assuming it's a ti-ducati issue.

If you want to reproduce this error just open the link http://www.quirksmode.org/html5/tests/video.html on one the aforementioned browsers on a pandaboard with ducati installed.
Is anyone else getting the same error?

Thanks in advance for your help.
Paolo
