Execution time reported by gst-launch in GST_TIME_FORMAT is much easier to read.

old: Execution ended after 1059654454 ns.
new: Execution ended after 0:00:01.059654454

E.g.:
$ gst-launch-0.10 fakesrc silent=1 ! fakesink silent=1 num-buffers=1000000
[..]
Execution ended after 0:00:01.059654454
