Theme CSS:
background-image: url("close-window.svg");
background-size: 34px;

While close-window.svg is 32px

So close button on windows is over-scaled and is a little blurry.

The image is actually 32px, so we end up with a slightly fuzzy
button when scaling up to 34px. Don't do that.
