If I open a chat conversation from a notification banner or from the message tray, it is scrolled to the top. This means that I can't see the most recent part of the conversation. We should show the bottom (most recent part) of the conversation when it is opened.

Yes, this is a regression. Soon every member of the design team will have filed a bug for this :-)
