Without padding on top

The top padding above the first application icon and the bottom padding after the last icon (9dots) are different (This is visible when we mouse over the icons). The top padding doesn't feel correct. Please see the attachments.

Gnome shell 3.6, ubuntu gnome remix 12.10 64bit wtih gnome 3 ppa.

By default bugzilla search will only return open bugs, but bug 684619 has been fixed in master.
