color dialog

Hello,
First, very thanks to provide this wonderful program!

recently, I encountered a minor problem.
please see the attached image.

the expect result is: in the color dialog, it will show the RGB/HSV, and 
HTML notation values.

steps to reproduce:
1. new an image
2. click the "background" color (in the attached image, white).
3. then the color dialog will show, but property values not shown

my OS info: Windows XP sp3.
I am sorry if wrongly report, this is due to the OS problem?

yes, there are related.
I tried the 2.7.4 version, and it works fine.

my locale is: zh_CN, language is: Simplified Chinese.
