Currently the default Math Renderer for MathJax code is set to "HTML-CSS".
It would be nice to have the possibility to set it through a setting in the Doxyfile (e.g. MATHJAX_OUTPUT).

PATCH: setting default for Math renderer

This patch give the possibility to set the default MathJax math renderer to HTML-CSS or NativeMML (i.e. MathML) or SVG. The used entry in Doxyfile is MATHJAX_OUTPUT.

This bug was previously marked ASSIGNED, which means it should be fixed in
doxygen version 1.8.3. Please verify if this is indeed the case. Reopen the
bug if you think it is not fixed and please include any additional information
that you think can be relevant.
