The typical convention for abbreviating 3-dimensional is to capitalize the "D"  (e.g. 3D), this is done inconsistently in this PO file (and therefore presumably the code).  All occurrences of "2D" appear correct in the PO file.

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.

Will do, but this one does not appear in the user interface, the widget being hidden until we support 3D appearance for bubbles (this is also true for the instances in pies and columns plots, btw).
