Offer a way to undo removing a user account

It would be good to offer a way to undo removal of a user account. This would include restoring account data and metadata. Discussed this a bit in #gnome-design. As an aside, currently when you delete an account without deleting the files, and then create another user account with the same user name, that new user gets all the user's files. This works as expected if you understand how unix users work, but not necessarily expected otherwise. In addition it may cause problems if the new user has a different uid.

Definitely a good thing to do. The standard pattern for offering undo is to use an in-app notification. "User Jan Hendricks deleted [ Undo ] [ x ]" I've filed the second issue as bug 698449.

GNOME is going to shut down bugzilla.gnome.org in favor of gitlab.gnome.org. As part of that, we are mass-closing older open tickets in bugzilla.gnome.org which have not seen updates for a longer time (resources are unfortunately quite limited so not every ticket can get handled).
