GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 681569
Unable to bind double-click keybinding if there is a duplicate single-click keybinding
Last modified: 2012-12-16 12:57:09 UTC
From: http://bugs.debian.org/683352 I can reproduce here. steps to reproduce: 1. bind present current time to orca+f12 2. attempt to bind present current date to orca+f12+f12 at this point either orca+f12 and we get a warning that the shortcut is already bound, or we get f12 on its own. it works if we unbind both, then bind the double click function then the single click. Thanks.

Joanmarie, you forgot to also backport to the gnome-3-4 branch. The patch applies cleanly there too, can you do it? Or do you want me to do it to buy you some time? I'm very interested in this fix!
I did not forget. There are not going to be any additional 3-4 releases.
Ho, you're right. Ok, I suppose this is more a distribution work to cherry pick fixes for the ones stuck on 3.4 like Debian. Thanks!
